The Resource Center is here to encourage us all in our Christian walk by having:
Quarterly materials, Literature for the whole family, Christian Music, and movies We are currently growing our inventory, so come by to check out our growing collection. These can be checked out much like a library, whether you are a member of the congregation or just visiting. Our head librarian is Pauline Underwood, and our assistant librarian is Rebecca England.

Our desire for our men’s ministry at First Baptist is to build a community of Kingdom-focused men. We believe that building community works best while we are living on mission. The hope for our men’s ministry is to mobilize the men of our church to embrace the mission of God, with a deep held obedience to the Bible and belief in the power of the gospel. We meet every second Saturday of each month to fellowship with men in our congregation, and all men are welcome to join us. The Brotherhood is an outreach to the community to serve those in need. Our purpose is to volunteer our time to help our neighborhood. We are servants of the Most High God, desiring to do his bidding, with no strings attached.

Sunday School is the primary means through which discipleship takes place at First Baptist Church BOF. Each class gives the opportunity for a group of people to gather together around the Word of God. This takes place in an atmosphere that breeds discussion and personal application. These classes meet each Sunday at 9:30 a.m.

The Dorcas Ladies Missions

The Dorcas Ladies Missions Group's goal is to encourage and equip women of all ages to be growing disciple-makers. Presently, we serve the church in hospitality, fellowship, evangelism, prayer, and outreach.
